As Board president I have found Shantel our current CAM with Alsop to be more helpful than any others we have ever had. She is well aware of our issues as a small community and the difficulties we sometimes face. Shantel is on top of the regulations we must live under and is always there to provide advice or action. Shantel treats us with the utmost respect and is quick to respond to any and all of our needs. The personnel at Alsop are all helpful so the only reason that I did not give a 5 star rating is due to our disappointment of not yet having something we asked for prior to signing with Alsop. Because we are small with expenses that very often are as high as other condo communities with many more units our day- to -day budget is of utmost importance. We previously found having the ability to view the bank accounts on a daily basis allowed us to more quickly react to any changes in vendor costs or owner payments. Prior to signing with Alsop we expressed how important that view-only was and we were assured that we would have it. We still have not been given that ability. I would be more than happy to update to a 5 star rating when we do. I am happy to add that soon after posting this review Alsop was able to provide us with the ability to review our accounts . We continue to work with Alsop, very pleased with service we receive from Shantel. I have updated to 5 stars!

ALSOP Property Management was the right choice for our community and the working relationship between our Condominium Association and our LCAM Shantel Tarasenko is terrific. It was time for a change, our previous management company was making corporate decisions that had negative impacts on a small community like ours and responses to our needs by our CAM were becoming untimely. Our Board of Directors met with representatives from multiple management companies to discuss our needs, to discuss the cost to provide these services and to discuss the transitions process to a new management company. ALSOP exceeded our expectations during the interview process. ALSOP was the company we wanted to conduct business with, they could provide all of the services we needed at a fair price. ALSOP Managing Partner Janeen Raulerson also had the perfect LCAM Shantel Tarasenko to work with our small community of thirty-eight units. Shantel has all of the necessary experience and resources to provide our community with everything we need, her response times to our requests are exceptional. The transition to ALSOP was as easy as we were assured, and an outstanding Insurance Settlement for Property Damage caused by a nonresident that occurred eight months ago, was resolved in the first thirty days by ALSOP. We are a happy community again!!!
