Candice Crosby has been employed in the Real Estate/Property Management Industry for the past 9 years.  Candice has been a licensed community association manager since 2023 and enjoys overseeing community projects and offering exceptional customer service to all homeowners and Board members.

Ashley Brassfield graduated from The University of North Florida in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Health, and a minor in Health Education. Ashley Brassfield has been working for ALSOP Property Management since August 2023. Ashley has been a licensed community association manager since 2023 and enjoys offering exceptional customer service to all homeowners and Board members.

Avery Linde graduated from Flagler College in 2019 with bachelor’s degrees in psychology and criminology, and a minor in history. Avery Linde has been working for ALSOP Property Management since April 2022. Avery has been a licensed community association manager since 2022 and enjoys overseeing community projects and offering exceptional customer service to all homeowners and Board members.

Veronica joined ALSOP Property Management, LLC  in November 2019. She assists with the processing of Estoppels and Architectural Review Applications submitted to our office.

Kellie joined ALSOP Property Management, LLC in 2022.  She assists with the processing of Estoppels and incoming Warranty Deeds from recent home sales within the communities.

Bookkeeping Support:

Cathy Sheridan – AP Manager/Bookkeeping:

Cathy joined the ALSOP Property Management team in September 2015. She provides 10+ years of experience  from the banking industry, many of which were as a manager of the Human Resource Department. Prior to  Cathy’s banking career, she spent 30 years as a bookkeeper.

Amanda Spettel – Vice President of Finance/LCAM: 

Amanda is a Licensed Community Association Manager in Florida and joined ALSOP Property Management LLC in March of 2014. Amanda graduated from Flagler College and holds a BA in Business Administration. Amanda spent her previous 8 years of experience in the banking industry.

Simone De Souza – Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Clerk: 

Simone joined ALSOP Property Management LLC in 2022. She has a background in customer service and assists with accounts payable.
