We’re thrilled to have Shantel as part of our team, having joined us in July 2021. With over 11 years in the property management industry, including 7 ½ years specializing in Office Management and Operations, Shantel brings a wealth of expertise to our organization. As a Licensed Community Association Manager, she expertly manages a diverse portfolio of communities, ensuring exceptional service and dedication. Shantel’s extensive experience and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to our ALSOP team.

Amanda Spettel – Vice President of Finance/LCAM: 

Amanda brings a wealth of experience to our team, with a solid background in banking and over a decade of expertise in property management. A proud graduate of Flagler College, Amanda’s diverse skill set is enhanced by her extensive industry knowledge and hands-on experience. Since joining us in 2014, she has leveraged her organizational prowess and keen attention to detail to streamline our operations and support our team effectively.

Our Community Association Managers:

Ashley Gomez, LCAM/ Senior Portfolio Manager – [email protected]

Ashley Brassfield graduated from The University of North Florida in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Health, and a minor in Health Education. Ashley Brassfield has been working for ALSOP Property Management since August 2023. Ashley has been a licensed community association manager since 2023 and enjoys offering exceptional customer service to all homeowners and Board members.

Emily Layt is a proud graduate of The University of Central Missouri, where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre, complemented by a minor in History. With a passion for the arts and a keen interest in historical narratives, Emily brings a unique perspective to her professional endeavors. Since joining ALSOP Property Management in October 2022, she has consistently demonstrated her dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction. Now, as she transitions into a Community Association Manager (CAM) role, Emily is eager to continue her journey with ALSOP. She looks forward to supporting homeowners and Board members, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Andrew brings 9 years of experience in Assisted Living Operations and Property Management to his role as a Licensed Community Association Manager at ALSOP, where he joined in June 2024. Passionate about his work, Andrew enjoys overseeing his portfolio and providing support to both Board members and homeowners.

 

Rebekah Scroggins, LCAM – [email protected]

With over a decade of experience in government contracting, Rebekah transitioned into real estate property management, specializing in foreclosures and investor relations. After several successful years, she embraced community development districts and earned her CAM license in 2022. Now, as she embarks on her eleventh year in property management, Rebekah is dedicated to providing support to Board members and homeowners.

Veronica joined ALSOP Property Management, LLC  in November 2019. She assists with the processing of Estoppels and Architectural Review Applications submitted to our office.

Jillian joined Alsop Property Management in 2022 as an Administrative Professional. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service she is a great asset to our team. Jillian is dedicated to supporting our staff, boards, and residents ensuring smooth daily operations while upholding our company’s values.

Emily Lee has four years of experience in accounting combined with exceptional customer service skills, this individual has effectively bridged financial accuracy and client relations.  Balancing detailed financial tasks with attentive customer service has led to efficient problem resolution and a strong reputation for reliability and responsiveness.

Kristie, our Administrative Assistant, joined ALSOP Property Management LLC  in 2023.  Kristie’s positive attitude make her a valuable team member.  We are grateful for her dedication and hard work.

 

Bookkeeping Support:

Cathy Sheridan – AP Manager/Bookkeeping:

Cathy joined the ALSOP Property Management team in September 2015. She provides 10+ years of experience  from the banking industry, many of which were as a manager of the Human Resource Department. Prior to  Cathy’s banking career, she spent 30 years as a bookkeeper.

Simone De Souza – Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Clerk: 

Simone is our dedicated Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable Clerk, bringing a rich background in customer service to her role. With a strong history of building positive client relationships and resolving issues with professionalism, Simone excels in managing accounts, processing payments, and ensuring timely processing of payments.
